It is essential the correct air pressure from your first stage is maintained and that your regulator is in good condition. The Status internal micro-electronic computer continually assesses this vital air pressure and the condition of your equipment utilising state-of-the-art electronics and will actually inform divers if there is something wrong. It also monitors both usage and time visibly informing you when your regulator is due for service. Now, for the first time ever, divers know that their first stage air supply is OK just by looking at their regulator. The XTX200 Status regulator is the flagship of our range.

With improved ergonomics, a reduction in breathing resistance, and a re- designed heat exchanger, offering improved performance, the XTX200 is the flagship regulator in the Apeks range. It also has a new reinforced plastic cover on the front so is a lot more durable.

Can be used with the hose on either the right or the left. Changing the regulator to a left handed configuration is both quick and simple and can be performed by any APEKS Authorised Service Technician.

Incorporates the new feature of the Diver Changeable Exhaust System (DCE). This system gives the diver the ability to change from a small exhaust to a large exhaust tee. This gives the user a choice of the wider exhaust tee for minimal bubble interference (essential for underwater photography) and the narrow exhaust tee for a smaller compact comfortable regulator (ideal for travel or for use as an octopus regulator).

A new swivel hose connection is available at an extra cost. This allows the demand valve end of the hose connection to rotate and pivot, providing a more comfortable fit.
