You can type your order details in the special requests and comments box. Please put the  PADI code & description of item from your PADI price list, the quantity of each item required and  the level 3 price per item  including VAT also please remember to include your PADI number so that we can check your PADI professional status.  Card details will be collected on the secure form and not transmitted by e-mail. Delivery costs will be calculated manually.
You may be contacted using the details provided on the form for us to accept the order and confirm availability and cost including delivery.
