HOW TO SEE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR
YOUR ORDER
Just click on the "Add to
order" button for an item or on a "Review order" button to see delivery
charges.
You are not committed to
buying an item just by clicking "Add to order".
The system calculates delivery
charges for most areas of mainland UK. If your delivery charge will be
more than shown we will contact you by email to see if you wish to continue
with the order.
CHANGING QUANTITY OR REMOVING ITEMS
FROM YOUR ORDER
The quantity of any item
in your order can be changed by typing in the quantity required in the
quantity box on the order line, ( enter 0 to remove an item ), then scroll
down and click on "Recalculate". If you wish to order something else click
on "Continue shopping". When your order is complete click on "Go to Payments".
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you require your order
by a specific date - state this in the box for special requests and
comments when placing your order. This is also the place to enter any other
special requests or clarification of your order. If you have made special
arrangements or given additional information for the order over the phone
or by any other means please make a note in this box.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
No one at home to accept
the delivery? Your shipment MUST be signed
for upon delivery. If it helps you we can deliver to your
work or any other UK address. The billing address must be the address for
your credit card, if you need the shipment delivered to another address
fill in the delivery address details on the order form.

PAYMENT DETAILS
To reduce the chance of
delays or order rejection please check you have entered all the required
card details correctly including expiry date.

Want to change your order?
Please simply email us. We cannot alter an internet order over the phone.
It MUST be by email.
If the order has not already
left our premises we will try to make the changes you request. We will
acknowledge your email by reply when it is received.
YOUR CARD IS NOT DEBITED
UNTIL YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DESPATCHED.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Please check that your packages
are not damaged before signing.
Retain your receipt which
is despatched with your order, as this is required for your warranty.
